US Lacrosse Richmond would like to congraulate Steve Shoul and Heather Quinn on being selected to the Hall of Fame.  Steve Shoul   Steve Shoul comes to Richmond by way of the Baltimore, MD lacrosse enclave. As a high school player he had aspirations of playing at the highest levels. During his senior year of high school, Steve was faced with a decision that carries through to this day of his life: Family First. For more than ten years, he had to leave the game.
